The equipment is equipped with advanced five-axis cutting heads and five sets of auxiliary cutting head groups, forming a dual cutting system of "precision + high speed". The B-axis of the five-axis cutter head can flexibly achieve Angle cutting from 5° to 110°, precisely processing complex accessories such as elbows, tees, circular and elliptical parts. The cutting accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, the repeat accuracy is ≤0.05mm, and the splicing gap is tight without the need for secondary trimming.

For the cutting of rectangular straight pipes, the dedicated tool head group can complete the processing of 4-meter-long air ducts in just 10 seconds. In an 8-hour single shift, 50 to 60 panels can be processed, which is more than five times more efficient than manual operation.

 

In view of the flexibility of PU, the high density of PIR and the brittleness of phenolic resin, the equipment is equipped with dedicated knife heads and vacuum fixation systems. The PVC grid workbench firmly fixes the sheet through dual-zone vacuum adsorption technology, preventing displacement and deformation during cutting. The blade speed and cutting force are intelligently matched with different materials. There is no chithering when cutting phenolic resin, and no dust pollution is generated when processing PIR. It can be adapted to various insulation panels with a thickness of 10-30mm and is compatible with mainstream brand duct base materials such as Jinsheng and P3.
