PID Duct Foam Panel is a one-side 150μm color steel (painted steel) + one-side 60μm aluminum foil composite PIR pre-insulated air duct panel, which belongs to a high-performance energy-saving air duct material in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) field.

Basic Product Structure:

• Core Material: PIR (Polyisocyanurate) foam, a thermosetting polymer closed-cell structure, which is the current mainstream high-efficiency thermal insulation core material.

• Outer Surface (Exterior Side): 150μm color-coated steel plate (color steel), providing structural strength, mechanical protection, weather resistance, and aesthetics.
