    Working Principle

    Gradual Pressure: The operator uses a lever or handle to apply controlled force, bending the panel around a curved die.   This process prevents cracking or delamination of the insulation .

    Multi-Angle Forming: For complex elbows, the machine may use a two-step method: first forming a single angle with bending levers, then using positioning rods to set the remaining angles accurately .
