    The UNT machine structure,basement, crossbar, and portals are all made of thick steel carpentry, abundantly ribbed, electro-welded, and subjected to a stress-relieving process. The result of this type of construction is a very rigid and durable system.

    The X and Y axis move by means of a precision system of the rack & pinion and gear reducer. The sliding goes on prismatic recirculating linear guiderail coupled to preloaded pads. UNT is equipped with an independent blade head. The blade head has multiple rotational functions at diferent angles and each angle can operate independently. This will significantly reduce the working time and improve the cutting accuracy.

It completes the processing of complex components in one step, solving the problems of difficult processing of irregular parts and low efficiency in traditional equipment.


    Maximum processing speed 30m/min, rapid movement speed 40m/min: The operation efficiency is 5-10 times that of traditional manual cutting.
